Diploma in Secretarial Office Administration

Program Description

A Secretarial Office Administration program focuses on equipping trainees with the technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills necessary to manage modern office environments effectively. The core objective is to prepare trainees to support executives and teams, improve office productivity, and ensure efficient, daily operations.

Admission Requirements

Applicants for admission to the TVET programs must have a high-school diploma or Ethiopian Secondary School Completion Certification with a required passing mark which are set annually by the Ministry of Education. The prospective participants of TVET programs are required to possess the requirements or directive of the Ministry of Labor and Skills.

Accreditation

M.A College has been given the license and renewal of license to provide Diploma in Secretarial Office Administration (Level I - IV) program at Assosa and Gilgel Beles campuses.
