Administrative and Support Offices at M.A College<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At M.A College, a strong and efficient administrative structure is the backbone of our academic mission. From governance and finance to student services and operational support, our offices work collaboratively to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for every student across our Assosa and Gilgel Beles campuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality Assurance Head<\/strong><\/td>Dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of education through continuous evaluation and improvement of academic programs.<\/td><\/tr>
Distance Education Dean<\/strong><\/td>Oversees the development and delivery of flexible learning programs for students unable to attend traditional on-campus classes.<\/td><\/tr>
Head, Library<\/strong><\/td>Manages library resources, both physical and digital, supporting research and study for students and faculty.<\/td><\/tr>

HR & General Service Head<\/strong><\/td>Handles human resources, staff welfare, and general campus maintenance and services.<\/td><\/tr>
Accountant<\/strong><\/td>Manages the college’s financial transactions, budgeting, and fiscal responsibility.<\/td><\/tr>
Cashier<\/strong><\/td>Processes fee payments and other financial transactions for students.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Module Production and Distribution Head<\/strong><\/td>Oversees the creation, printing, and distribution of learning materials for all students, especially those in distance programs.<\/td><\/tr>
Exam Preparation and Management Head<\/strong><\/td>Coordinates the scheduling, preparation, and secure administration of all examinations across campuses.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
