MA College was established in 2002 to provide training in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Leadership and Agriculture. The college also aims to train a strong work force that is well grounded in professionalism and skills. Besides, MA College is established by indigenous investor who was encouraged by the economic policy of the Ethiopian government which created conducive environment for investment particularly in education.
The college gets its accreditation from the Federal Ministry of Education (MoE), and secured accreditation for its academic program from HERQA for the first time in Management and Accounting and Finance (BA Degree) in 2010 E.C and thus in 2011 E.C for the rest of its degree programs. Currently, the college is running its operation from a self-owned premises in Assosa, Gilgel Beles and Bullen towns of the Benishangul Gumuz Regional State, Ethiopia. Within the premises, the college currently has all the necessary physical infrastructures to run its operation effectively.
